Nikiti Beach is the closest beach to our villa and a favorite among families and couples. It is clean, well-organized, and offers shallow waters that are perfect for swimming.
You’ll find sunbeds, umbrellas, beach bars, and cafés along the shore, making it easy to spend the whole day relaxing by the sea. During summer, lifeguards are on duty, adding extra peace of mind.
🌊 Kalogria Beach
Distance: About 12 minutes drive
Kalogria Beach is one of Sithonia’s most famous beaches, known for its soft golden sand and turquoise waters. Surrounded by pine trees, it offers a beautiful natural setting.
It’s ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and photography. There are both organized areas with sunbeds and quieter spots for visitors who prefer a more natural beach experience.

Distance: About 15 minutes drive
Lagomandra Beach is perfect for travelers who enjoy calm waters and scenic surroundings. It is sheltered from strong winds, making it great for families and relaxed swimming.
